Terms

How we work

Booking & deposit

A 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due on the day of the session. Companies receive an invoice. Your final quote is confirmed in writing before you book.

Payment

Zelle or Venmo: no fee. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice; your deposit moves to the new date.

Cancellation

The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of the session forfeit the deposit.

Timing

Please arrive on time and ready. Time lost to late arrivals can’t be added at the end, because studio and location bookings are by the hour.

Delivery

Portrait, family and business galleries: 10–14 days. Weddings: 6–8 weeks. Rush delivery within 48 hours: +30% of the total.

Extra costs

Studio rental, parking, paid locations, permits and hair and makeup are paid by the client. Travel within 25 miles of Lake Worth Beach is included; beyond that it is $1 per mile.

Usage rights

Personal sessions include a license for personal use and social media. Business and corporate packages include a license for the company’s own business use. Copyright stays with the photographer. Paid advertising, resale or use by third parties needs a separate written agreement.

Prices are in US dollars, apply to Palm Beach County and may change; the price in your written quote is final. Larger projects, destinations and recurring work are quoted individually.
