How we work
Booking & deposit
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due on the day of the session. Companies receive an invoice.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice; your deposit moves to the new date.
Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours of the session forfeit the deposit.
Timing
Please start on time. Time lost to late arrivals can't be added at the end, because studio and location bookings are by the hour.
Delivery
Proofing gallery within 5 business days. Final retouched images within 10–14 days of your selection. Rush delivery within 48 hours: +30% of the total.
Usage rights
Your company may use the images for its own business: website, LinkedIn, press, internal materials and social media. Copyright stays with the photographer. Paid advertising, resale or use by third parties needs a separate written agreement.
Payment
Zelle or Venmo: no fee. Credit card payments carry a 3% processing fee.
Extra costs
Studio rental, parking, paid locations and hair and makeup are paid by the client. Every cost is listed in your quote in advance.
Prices are in US dollars and apply to Palm Beach County. Projects outside the area, larger teams (30+ people) and recurring sessions are quoted individually.

How long does each person take?
About 5–10 minutes per person for headshots. We plan a schedule with you so the team can step away from work one by one.
What should my team wear?
Solid colors without large logos or busy patterns. Before the session we send a short guide so the whole team looks consistent.
Can we match our existing headshots or brand colors?
Yes. Send us examples and your brand colors, and we will match the background, lighting and crop.
Can new employees be added later?
Yes. We save your setup, so new team members can be photographed later in the same style.
