1. Включите компьютер или возьмите телефон.Turn on your computer or pick up your phone.
2. Найдите значок браузера: разноцветный круг - Chrome, компас - Safari. Обычно он внизу экрана или на рабочем столе.Find the browser icon: the multicoloured circle is Chrome, the compass is Safari. It is usually at the bottom of the screen or on the desktop.

1. Нажмите на длинную строку в самом верху браузера.Click the long bar at the very top of the browser.

Через приложение работать удобнее, чем через браузер: вошли один раз - и больше не нужно логиниться.The app is more convenient than the browser: sign in once and you never have to log in again.

1. На компьютере: откройте claude.ai/download и установите приложение.On a computer: open claude.ai/download and install the app.
2. На телефоне: найдите «Claude» в App Store или Google Play и нажмите «Установить».On a phone: find “Claude” in the App Store or Google Play and tap “Install”.
3. Откройте приложение и войдите тем же способом, что и на сайте.Open the app and sign in the same way you did on the website.

Кнопок много, но реально нужны пять. Все подписи в Claude - на английском, поэтому даю перевод.There are many buttons, but you really need five. Everything in Claude is labelled in English, so here is your map.

1. Большое поле по центру - сюда пишут вопрос. Главное место на экране.The large box in the centre - this is where you type your question. The most important place on the screen.
2. Стрелка справа от поля - отправляет сообщение.The arrow to the right of the box - sends your message.
3. Панель слева - история: все прошлые разговоры сохраняются там.The panel on the left - your history: every past conversation is saved there.

3. Не понравилось? Так и напишите: «сделай короче», «объясни проще». Claude помнит разговор и поправит себя.Not happy with it? Just say so: “make it shorter”, “explain it more simply”. Claude remembers the conversation and corrects itself.

Claude умеет писать живо и естественно - нужно лишь один раз объяснить, какой тон вам нужен. Вот готовый шаблон: скопируйте, замените слова в скобках и отправьте в чат.Claude can write in a lively, natural way - you only need to explain once what tone you want. Here is a ready template: copy it, replace the words in brackets and send it.

В настройках есть поле «Instructions for Claude»: то, что вы туда впишете, Claude учитывает в каждом разговоре.In the settings there is a field called “Instructions for Claude”: whatever you write there, Claude takes into account in every conversation.

1. Откройте Settings (кружок с инициалами внизу слева).Open Settings (the circle with your initials at the bottom left).
2. Найдите раздел Memory и убедитесь, что переключатель включён.Find the Memory section and make sure the toggle is on.

Представьте камеры хранения: каждый проект - отдельная закрытая ячейка. Что вы в неё положили (файлы, инструкции, примеры), то Claude и видит, работая внутри проекта. На бесплатном плане - до пяти проектов.Picture storage lockers: each project is its own closed locker. Whatever you put inside (files, instructions, examples) is what Claude sees while working inside that project. The free plan gives you up to five projects.

1. Слева в меню нажмите «Projects» или откройте claude.ai/projects.In the left menu click “Projects” or open claude.ai/projects.
2. Создайте проект, например «Мои соцсети».Create a project, for example “My social media”.

Артефакт - это когда Claude делает не просто ответ, а готовую вещь: чек-лист, таблицу, документ или страницу. Она открывается в отдельной панели справа. Работает на бесплатном плане.An Artifact is when Claude produces not just a reply but a finished thing: a checklist, a table, a document or a page. It opens in a separate panel on the right. It works on the free plan.

1. Напишите: Сделай красивый чек-лист по [тема] отдельной страницей.Type: Make a beautiful checklist about [topic] as a separate page.
2. Справа откроется панель с готовым результатом.A panel opens on the right with the finished result.
3. Хотите изменить - скажите в чате: «поменяй цвет», «добавь пункт».Want changes - say so in the chat: “change the colour”, “add an item”.
4. Сверху панели - кнопки: скопировать, скачать и Publish - получить ссылку и отправить кому угодно.At the top of the panel - buttons to copy, download and Publish - get a link and send it to anyone.

Это техническая мелочь, но без неё следующий шаг не сработает: раздел «Skills» просто не появится.A small technical detail, but without it the next step will not work: the “Skills” section simply will not appear.

You switch one on and Claude follows a proven script: content plans, niche research, carousels, captions, brand outreach.

Как загрузить скилл в Claude (с компьютера):How to upload a skill into Claude (from a computer):

1. Скачайте архив и распакуйте его двойным щелчком - внутри папки со скиллами.Download the archive and unzip it with a double-click - inside are the skill folders.
2. В Claude откройте Customize -> Skills (слева в меню).In Claude open Customize -> Skills (in the left menu).
3. Нажмите + -> Create skill -> Upload a skill и выберите один ZIP-файл. Повторите для каждого.Click + -> Create skill -> Upload a skill and pick one ZIP file. Repeat for each.
4. Включите скилл переключателем. Дальше Claude применяет его сам, когда задача подходит.Toggle the skill on. From then on Claude applies it by itself when the task fits.

Коннектор - это мостик между Claude и вашим приложением. На бесплатном плане слот обычно один, и лучший выбор для соцсетей - Canva: Claude соберёт карусели, посты и сторис в нужных форматах прямо из чата.A connector is a bridge between Claude and an app you use. On the free plan you usually get one slot, and the best choice for social media is Canva: Claude will build carousels, posts and stories in the right formats straight from the chat.

3. Найдите Canva и нажмите «Connect».Find Canva and click “Connect”.
